A relevant business license for individuals, or company documents including the articles of association, incorporation notice and latest changes, official gazette, economic code, and national identification number.
A retail outlet and warehousing/distribution facilities, including ownership documents or lease agreements for the business premises and warehouse, ownership documents for distribution vehicles, employees’ insurance list, and similar documents.
Relevant work experience, including agency certificates from other companies and similar records.
Appropriate financial turnover and tax records, including active current-account numbers, statements from the main account, VAT registration certificates, and similar documents.
Ability to provide valid guarantees, including a bank guarantee or a pledged property deed.
